Return Policies

 

Satisfaction Promise. Wanae USA offers a money back promise on its merchandise as follows:
• Merchandise returned within 30 days from the date of sale in unopened & re-sellable condition is eligible for a 100% refund;

• Merchandise returned between 31 – 90 days from the date of purchase is eligible for credit of 100% of the purchase price or a 90% refund if it is unopened and in re-sellable condition.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Merchandise is in “re-sellable” condition if:
    o It has not been opened and is unused;
    o The packaging has not been damaged or altered; and
    o The merchandise was not sold on a special or “close out” basis.
• Damaged or incorrect merchandise. If merchandise is received in damaged condition or if Wanae USA sent the incorrect merchandise, Wanae USA will exchange the merchandise if it is returned to the Company within 15 days from the date of purchase;
• THIS SATISFACTION PROMISE APPLIES ONLY TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM WANAE USA. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON EBAY, AMAZON, OR OTHER SOURCE.
• Enrollment fees, Back-Office and Replicated Website fees are not subject to refund.
